These terms outline how BarberzLink users, professionals, shops, and businesses should use the platform, mobile app, listings, bookings, and communication tools.

Platform Use

BarberzLink helps people discover, connect with, book, hire, and manage barber and beauty professionals. You agree to use the platform only for lawful, professional, and accurate activity.

Do not create false profiles, job posts, appointments, reviews, or business information.
Keep account login details private and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Use messaging, booking, and hiring tools respectfully and only for platform-related communication.

Profiles, Listings, and Content

Users are responsible for the information, images, videos, licenses, services, pricing, and availability they submit.

You must have the right to upload any content you add to BarberzLink.
We may remove content that is misleading, unsafe, infringing, or inconsistent with professional use.
Public profile details may be visible to clients, shops, employers, and other users depending on your account type.

Bookings and Services

Appointments, hiring discussions, service details, pricing, cancellations, and client outcomes are handled between the user and the professional or business involved.

Confirm service details, pricing, location, and availability before an appointment or engagement.
BarberzLink is not responsible for services performed outside the platform.
Businesses and professionals are responsible for maintaining any required licenses, permits, and insurance.

Account Suspension

We may restrict, suspend, or remove accounts when activity harms users, breaks these terms, violates law, or creates platform security concerns.

Fraud, harassment, spam, abusive conduct, and unsafe activity are not allowed.
Repeated cancellations, misleading claims, or unprofessional conduct may affect account access.
We may preserve records where required for legal, safety, or compliance reasons.

Limitation of Liability

BarberzLink provides technology that connects people and businesses. We do not guarantee a specific booking, job, hiring result, customer outcome, or revenue result.

The platform is provided as available, with no guarantee of uninterrupted access.
Users are responsible for decisions made from profiles, messages, listings, and bookings.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BarberzLink is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
